In Store Dental Pros’ Privacy Policy

At In Store Dental Pros LLC and its subsidiary, In Store Dental Pros Clear Aligner Program LLC (collectively, “In Store Dental Pros” or the “Company”), your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy outlines how we may collect, use, and protect your personal information, as well as how you can opt out of receiving SMS/text messages from us.

For the avoidance of doubt, SMS (Short Message Service) opt-in and/or any phone numbers you may give us for the purpose of SMS will not be shared for and are not being shared with any third parties or with any affiliate company for any marketing purposes. Your SMS opt-in and your provision of phone numbers will be used in association with In Store Dental Pros’ business activities and in association with its dental programs in retail and at special events.  In Store Dental Pros is a non-clinical marketing services company that aligns itself with clients which are dental support organizations (DSOs), group purchasing organizations (GPOs) and other non-clinical administrators, facilitators and intermediaries supporting our dental programs and special events (collectively, “Non-Clinical Administrators”). Those Non-Clinical Administrators solicit their interested licensed clinical dental practices into In Store Dental Pros’ programs which will provide clinical treatments and professional clinical services to In Store Dental Pros-generated leads.  If you are or become an interested lead, then you understand that your name and contact information (including phone numbers) will be shared with one or more Non-Clinical Administrators and one or more local participating dental practices in an effort to help you benefit from our dental programs and related offerings.

Additionally, we/the Company may collect information through your use of our website(s), including IP address, browser type, and browse behavior.

How We Use the Information you Provide

We use the information you provide us or that we collect from your use of our website to:

  • To provide you with SMS/texts in response to your communications to us or with us when such is appropriate or reasonable (which may be suspended by you at any time).
  • Except as disclosed above regarding Non-Clinical Administrators and their participating dental practices, we do not share your SMS/text consent or your phone number(s) provided to us with any third parties other than our designated employees, or our affiliated company’s employees who may support the Company’s onsite booth campaigns in the retail channel or at special events, or with the lead generators running onsite booths in the relevant market. [Such lead generators are the employees of independently owned and operated local marketing companies that are engaged by the Company to assist with onsite booth operations.]

If you provide us with your mobile phone/your cell phone number, we may respond to your inquiry(ies) via a SMS/text message.  Message and data rates may apply.
